Polly Borland’s extraordinary portraits have made her one of the world’s most sought-after photographers. Born in Melbourne, she relocated to London in the eighties to pursue a career in the British photography landscape. Borland has photographed some of the world’s most famous, wealthy and successful people but maintains an avid interest in the community’s more alienated. Her work can be found in numerous institutions and collections, from The National Portrait Gallery of London to the Murderme Collection of Damien Hirst. If you're in London, she has an exhibition coming up the 18th of March at Other Criteria. Have a nice weekend!
