Photography Forever
Italian artist, Maurizio Anzeri, makes his portraits by sewing directly into found vintage photographs. His embroidered patterns garnish the figures like elaborate costumes, but also suggest a psychological aura, as if revealing the person’s thoughts or feelings.Via Luxury Culture.

Need a new font? Part two...
In a cold Copenhagen blizzard last wednesday e-Types opened their new experimental, playground, Playtype. Apart from selling fonts, the shop will feature a number of products and editions – some designed by e‐Types, some in collaboration with friends and colleagues from the design‐ and art world. The shop in Copenhagen opened on December 1st 2010 at Værnedamsvej 6, and closes exactly one year later on December 1st 2011. Playtype.com however, is here to stay!

Zso – to such a great extent
We like her illustrations – kind of art deco meets tattoo. Named one of the Top 100 female graphic designers and illustrators in the world by Curvy magazine, art director, designer and illustrator, Zso a.k.a Sara Blake lives and loves in New York.
